If both the family and the staff member are satisfied after the trial period, the service may proceed to a formal agreement through Rumila Enterprises.
Rumila agreement durations currently include 3 Months, 6 Months, 11 Months, and 45 Day Japa Agreement where applicable to the service type.
The applicable agreement duration is confirmed through the office process and client-specific records after interview and trial review.
Services continuing beyond the active agreement duration require renewal through Rumila office. Renewal timing, applicable duration, and the next payment step are handled through the official renewal process.
Where renewal applies, the signed service record and office confirmation govern continuation of the service relationship beyond the completed agreement period.
Rumila service charges, registration fees, agreement options, and applicable office charges are explained during the consultation and agreement process. Final charges depend on the selected service and agreement arrangement.
Staff salary is paid directly by the client to staff and is not Rumila revenue. Salary should not be confused with the amount payable to Rumila.
Rumila does not combine staff monthly salary with Rumila office charges in a single misleading figure.
Families engaging live-in staff are expected to provide suitable accommodation, food, reasonable rest, and respectful day-to-day treatment consistent with the live-in nature of the role.

Staff leave, weekly rest, and related attendance matters are handled according to the applicable signed agreement terms and the practical service arrangement confirmed through Rumila office.
