Create your partner profile through the existing registration flow. Your account is reviewed before you can start referring.

Trial completion
Rewards become eligible only after the referred placement completes the applicable paid trial and is approved by the office.

Who can join the program?
Anyone with genuine candidate leads for live-in domestic staff roles can join the Referral Partner Program and submit registrations for review.
When is a reward earned?
A reward becomes eligible only after the applicable paid trial is completed, the placement remains active, and the office approves the reward. Registration alone does not create a payable reward.
How are tiers assigned?
Tier assignment is based on successful placements. Bronze starts at the first placement, then Silver, Gold, and Platinum unlock at higher placement counts.
Can I track my referrals?
Yes. Approved partners use the existing partner portal to view referral history, reward status, and payout progress.
Can a reward be rejected or reversed?
Yes. Duplicate, inaccurate, fraudulent, previously registered, or ineligible referrals can be rejected. A pending reward may also be reversed if the placement does not complete the applicable trial or is cancelled before office approval.
